Caves Beach features
With a population of just 4000 (and fewer than 2000 properties), homes in Caves Beach are always in high demand.
One of many beautiful beaches along the Lake Mac coastline, Caves Beach gets its name from the iconic caves that face the water. A popular fishing spot for thousands of years, Caves Beach is also visited by surfers.
The suburb stretches out from the ocean towards the highway and the main strip, Caves Beach Road, has everything from sit down restaurants to cafes, takeaways and ice cream shops. Honniball’s Lookout, at the end of Scenic Drive, gives a great vantage point to look over the area.
From Caves Beach, it’s just a short drive down to the Central Coast and Sydney or up north to Newcastle and beyond.
