Warners Bay features
With a median house price north of $1m, Warners Bay is one of the area’s most expensive suburbs – and with good reason. When Emile Heskey played for the Jets, it’s where he lived.
Whether you’re looking for a unit, house or townhouse, there are plenty of options. Some with lake views, others in easy walking distance. From there you can continue around the lake to Speers Point or Croudace Bay thanks to the large span of walking track.
The focal point of Warners Bay is by the foreshore, where you’ll find high-end restaurants, plenty of cafes and nice boutique shops. You’ve also got supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies, meaning there’s little you have to leave the suburb for.
Families with young children can enjoy the large playground while there’s plenty of playing fields for soccer and cricket.
Further back from the lake is Hillsborough Road which has a range of shops and entertainment options that add to the suburb’s attraction. Braidy’s Board Game centre is a recent addition that fits in nicely with the likes of Dullboy’s, the ice-skating rink and Inflatable World. Bibina is a store loved by many, both cafe owners looking for bulk items and creative cooks looking for international ingredients.
Warners Bay is a suburb that has it all. An excellent location, fantastic amenities and all the little extras you could possibly want.
