As Newcastle-based mortgage brokers, we’re delighted by the positive reviews our clients have been leaving us.
Buying a home is one of the biggest and most important processes of your life. There’s no manual, no guidelines and it’s certainly not a simple process. Our team uses our experience and knowledge to help make things that little bit easier – and hopefully a lot less expensive – for you as you navigate the system.
Wisebuy Google reviews
As of January 2026, we have a five-star average from 122 reviews on Google.

Most of our client reviews are left on Google. There’s no way for us to edit or delete these (but we can report ones that are clearly spam, like the one we had this week that had been copy and pasted over five or six different brokers’ profiles) so they’re a very good reflection of what we do.
Here’s one of our most recent reviews where Evan kindly praised three of our team for the work we did to help them buy their home:

We’re so proud of our reviews that we show them off front and centre on our website, unfiltered and unchanged.
Wisebuy BrokerPages reviews
As of the start of 2026, Wisebuy (and Brad East) has a 5.0 average rating from 137 reviews on Broker Pages.

This website rates mortgage brokers in Newcastle and across Australia. It’s a great way to verify who you’re thinking of working with and we’re very happy to see Brad and Wisebuy Home Loans scoring so well.

Wisebuy Rate My Agent reviews
As of January 2026, Wisebuy Home Loans has a 4.9 star average from 17 reviews on Rate My Agent.

This is the only site where Brad and Wisebuy don’t average a full five stars, and that’s just because one (very positive) four-star review drags down the number slightly.
Wisebuy Review.io reviews
At the beginning of 2026, Wisebuy currently has 15 five-star reviews from verified buyers on review.io.

The reviews on this site are older than the ones on Google which is just a sign of how people tend to use the internet these days. These are still relevant though as they show our commitment to helping people get the best deals on mortgages throughout the years.
(There are currently two one-star reviews on there, both in the past few months and both from non-verified buyers. They have both been flagged as spam because they’re clearly advertising other financial services.)
Other Wisebuy reviews
From what we can see, these are the only sites with legitimate reviews of Wisebuy Home Loans. There are other companies called Wisebuy (or Wise Buy) in Australia and overseas – a jewellery store, a packaging company and a product comparison website – and other reviews tend to be about them.
With five-star averages on most review sites, we’re very happy that our mortgage services continue to delight homebuyers in Australia.
